Privacy Policy

BookMyLeads provides a managed lead follow-up and appointment booking system for service businesses. The service helps respond to leads, recover missed conversations, qualify inquiries, connect calendars, check availability, and schedule appointments.

The information BookMyLeads processes depends on the services a customer uses and the systems the customer authorizes us to connect. This may include:

• Business account information, contact information, staff users, service details, booking rules, and calendar preferences.
• Lead and customer conversation information, appointment details, call or message records, and follow-up status needed to provide the service.
• Connected provider data from systems authorized by the customer, including scheduling, messaging, CRM, and calendar systems.
• Technical information such as logs, timestamps, authentication events, IP addresses, browser or device details, and error reports needed to operate and secure the service.

When a customer or authorized user connects Google Calendar, BookMyLeads may access or process Google user data only as needed to provide calendar connection, availability, and booking functionality. This may include:

• Connected Google account/profile information and calendar identifiers needed to identify the authorized account and calendars.
• Calendar list metadata, such as calendar names, IDs, time zones, and access role information, so users can show and select the calendars used for scheduling.
• Event, availability, and free-busy data needed to check availability, prevent double booking, and avoid conflicts.
• Event create, update, and cancellation data needed to create, change, or cancel booking events on the connected calendar.

BookMyLeads uses Google Calendar data only to connect calendars, show and select calendars, check availability, prevent conflicts, create, update, or cancel booking events, and troubleshoot, protect, or comply with legal obligations related to the calendar connection.

BookMyLeads does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, or credit decisions, and does not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.

BookMyLeads uses information to:

• Provide, configure, monitor, and improve the BookMyLeads managed lead conversion and appointment-booking service.
• Respond to leads, route conversations, qualify inquiries, schedule appointments, and notify staff according to customer configuration.
• Operate calendar scheduling, including availability checks, conflict prevention, and booking event management.
• Troubleshoot issues, measure service performance, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
• Communicate with customers about setup, support, billing, service changes, and operational needs.

BookMyLeads uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

Provider OAuth tokens for Google Calendar and other calendar providers are stored server-side by BookMyLeads' self-hosted calendar infrastructure and are not exposed to the frontend. Calendar access tokens are used only to perform the authorized calendar actions needed for scheduling.

Human access to Google Calendar data is limited to user-authorized support, security or abuse investigation, legal compliance, or aggregated internal operations.

Calendar connection data is retained for as long as needed to provide the connected scheduling service, troubleshoot or secure the service, comply with legal obligations, or until access is disconnected or deleted according to applicable retention needs.

BookMyLeads does not sell personal information or Google user data. BookMyLeads may share or transfer information only in limited circumstances:

• With service providers and infrastructure vendors that help operate, host, secure, monitor, or support the service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
• With connected systems authorized by the customer or user, such as calendar, CRM, messaging, or scheduling providers, when needed to provide the service.
• With a customer's authorized staff or administrators as part of their managed service, reporting, troubleshooting, or account support.
• When required to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and security, prevent abuse, or respond to lawful requests.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and, for Google user data, explicit prior consent where required.

BookMyLeads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Authorized users can disconnect Google Calendar access through the calendar connection controls provided during setup or by contacting BookMyLeads through the contact or booking links on the BookMyLeads website. After disconnection, BookMyLeads will stop using that Google Calendar connection for future scheduling operations, subject to retention needed for security, troubleshooting, records, or legal obligations.

Customers and authorized users may request help accessing, correcting, disconnecting, or deleting information associated with their BookMyLeads service, subject to account ownership, contractual obligations, security checks, and legal retention requirements.

BookMyLeads may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use of the service after an updated policy is posted means the updated policy applies.
