Privacy Policy

BookMyLeads helps local businesses become easier to find, trust, and contact. Services may include Google Business Profile management, local listing synchronization, review support, visibility reporting, and a separately scoped new or replacement website.

Certain current clients also use BookMyLeads lead follow up, messaging, calendar, and appointment booking services. The information processed depends on the written service scope and the systems a customer authorizes BookMyLeads to connect.

Depending on the service, BookMyLeads may process:

• Business contact information, staff contacts, service details, business descriptions, categories, hours, locations or service areas, photos, website information, and other facts supplied by the customer.
• Google Business Profile, local listing, review, website, scheduling, messaging, CRM, and calendar account information that the customer authorizes BookMyLeads to access.
• Local visibility evidence such as rank grids, profile activity, listing status, review activity, completed work, and reporting records.
• Customer or prospect information submitted through a BookMyLeads form, booking link, email, or other contact method.
• Completed customer information used for review outreach only when that workflow is included, authorized, and legally permitted.
• For current lead conversion clients, lead and customer conversations, appointment details, call or message records, and follow up status needed to provide the service.
• Technical information such as logs, timestamps, authentication events, IP addresses, browser or device details, and error reports needed to operate and secure the service.

When a customer authorizes BookMyLeads to connect or manage a Google Business Profile, listing network, review system, website, or reporting service, BookMyLeads uses the available account data only to perform the agreed work. Depending on the provider and permissions, this may include:

• Viewing and maintaining authorized business information, categories, services, hours, locations, photos, posts, and profile details.
• Monitoring and responding to reviews when that service is included and the response is appropriate.
• Creating, updating, and synchronizing local listings based on accurate customer supplied information.
• Measuring local visibility and profile activity, documenting completed work, and preparing customer reports.
• Troubleshooting account connections, content, listings, review workflows, websites, or reporting issues.

BookMyLeads does not invent business facts or use connected data for unrelated advertising, credit decisions, or sale to data brokers.

Review support may use contact information for people who have a legitimate customer relationship with the BookMyLeads customer. The exact sender, communication channel, consent basis, request timing, suppression rules, reply handling, and provider depend on the customer's approved workflow.

BookMyLeads does not authorize a customer to upload purchased lists or contact people who are not eligible to receive the request. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the customer information they provide.

When a customer or authorized user connects Google Calendar, BookMyLeads may access or process Google user data only as needed to provide calendar connection, availability, and booking functionality. This may include:

• Connected Google account or profile information and calendar identifiers needed to identify the authorized account and calendars.
• Calendar list metadata, such as calendar names, IDs, time zones, and access role information, so users can show and select the calendars used for scheduling.
• Event, availability, and free busy data needed to check availability, prevent double booking, and avoid conflicts.
• Event create, update, and cancellation data needed to create, change, or cancel booking events on the connected calendar.

BookMyLeads uses Google Calendar data only to connect calendars, show and select calendars, check availability, prevent conflicts, create, update, or cancel booking events, and troubleshoot, protect, or comply with legal obligations related to the calendar connection.

BookMyLeads does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, or credit decisions, and does not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.

BookMyLeads uses information to:

• Set up, provide, maintain, monitor, and improve the services a customer has purchased.
• Manage authorized Google Business Profile, listing, review, website, reporting, lead conversion, and booking work.
• Prepare accurate content, quality checks, visibility evidence, customer reports, and exception handling.
• Respond to customer questions, provide support, communicate about service changes, and resolve account or provider issues.
• Troubleshoot failures, measure service performance, prevent abuse, maintain security, process billing records, and comply with legal obligations.

BookMyLeads uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

Provider credentials and OAuth tokens are stored server side by BookMyLeads or an approved service provider and are not exposed in the public website. Connected account access is used only for the authorized actions needed to provide the customer's service.

Human access is limited to service delivery, customer authorized support, quality review, security or abuse investigation, legal compliance, and necessary internal operations.

BookMyLeads does not sell personal information or Google user data. BookMyLeads may share or transfer information only:

• With service providers and infrastructure vendors that help host, secure, monitor, fulfill, or support the agreed service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data processing obligations.
• With systems the customer or user authorizes, such as Google, local listing, review, website, CRM, messaging, calendar, scheduling, hosting, or reporting providers.
• With a customer's authorized staff or administrators as part of service delivery, reporting, troubleshooting, or account support.
• When required to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and security, prevent abuse, or respond to lawful requests.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and required consent.

BookMyLeads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, or satisfy an applicable written agreement. Retention varies by service and provider.

Authorized users may ask BookMyLeads to disconnect an account or stop future use of a connected service. Provider controlled data, public listings, published website content, or copies retained by third parties may also need to be changed or deleted through that provider.

Customers and authorized users may request help accessing, correcting, disconnecting, or deleting information associated with their BookMyLeads service, subject to account ownership, contractual obligations, provider limitations, security checks, and legal retention requirements.

BookMyLeads may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use of the service after an updated policy is posted means the updated policy applies.
