Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of personal information associated with a BookMyLeads account or an authorized provider connection, including a connected Meta account, Page, lead form, or Lead Ads integration.
How to submit a request
- Email randy@bookmyleads.ai with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name, business name, the email address associated with the BookMyLeads or Meta connection, and a brief description of the data or connection you want deleted. Do not send a password, access token, app secret, or login code.
- BookMyLeads will verify that you own the account or are authorized to act for the business before deleting data.
What happens next
After verification, BookMyLeads will disconnect the applicable provider connection and delete the associated provider credentials and personal information from active systems, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting, or other lawful obligations. We will reply to the request with its status and any additional information needed to complete it.
