Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the BookMyLeads managed lead conversion and appointment-booking service. By using BookMyLeads, a customer or authorized user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Service Overview
BookMyLeads provides a managed AI lead follow-up and appointment booking system for service businesses. The service may include lead response, missed-call recovery, lead reactivation, qualification, follow-up automation, conversation routing, reporting, and calendar-based scheduling.
BookMyLeads is a managed service supported by internal software, connected providers, and operational processes. Features and supported channels may vary by customer setup, provider access, plan, and implementation status.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business, service, pricing, qualification, scheduling, and contact information.
- Maintaining authority to connect accounts, calendars, phone numbers, CRMs, messaging channels, and other systems used with BookMyLeads.
- Reviewing BookMyLeads setup, prompts, booking rules, staff notifications, and lead-facing instructions for accuracy.
- Complying with laws, industry rules, platform policies, consent requirements, and customer communication obligations that apply to their business.
- Responding when human review, staff action, or account access is needed.
Calendar Connection Authorization
When a customer or authorized user connects Google Calendar or another calendar provider, they authorize BookMyLeads and its calendar infrastructure to access and use the connected calendar account only as needed for scheduling. This includes showing and selecting calendars, checking availability, preventing conflicts, and creating, updating, or canceling booking events.
The customer represents that it has the rights and permissions needed to authorize calendar access for the connected account. Users may disconnect calendar access as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
Customers and users may not use BookMyLeads to:
- Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or non-consensual communications.
- Violate messaging, telemarketing, privacy, healthcare, financial, advertising, or platform compliance rules that apply to their business.
- Misrepresent products, services, prices, availability, qualifications, licenses, or appointment terms.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or bypass security controls.
- Use connected Google user data or other provider data for purposes not authorized by the user or not disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
Managed Service and Product Disclaimers
BookMyLeads works to improve lead response and appointment booking, but it does not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, sales, revenue, or customer outcomes unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
AI-generated messages, automated scheduling, provider integrations, and reporting may occasionally contain errors, delays, outages, or incomplete information. Customers remain responsible for reviewing their business information, honoring bookings, handling sensitive conversations, and supervising their own customer relationships.
Third-Party Providers
BookMyLeads may depend on third-party providers for messaging, voice, CRM, calendar, scheduling, hosting, analytics, payment, or AI infrastructure. Provider availability, policies, pricing, limitations, and outages may affect the service. BookMyLeads is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.
Fees, Cancellation, and Termination
Fees, billing terms, usage costs, performance pricing, and cancellation rules are governed by the customer's written order, invoice, proposal, or other agreement with BookMyLeads.
Either party may terminate service according to the applicable agreement. BookMyLeads may suspend or terminate access if a customer violates these Terms, fails to pay required fees, creates security or compliance risk, or uses the service in a way that may harm BookMyLeads, providers, customers, or end users.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMyLeads will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, missed appointments, or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMyLeads' total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by the customer to BookMyLeads for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
BookMyLeads may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted means the updated Terms apply.
