BookMyLeads / Local Presence

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 29, 2026

These Terms govern use of BookMyLeads managed Local Presence and selected current client lead conversion, calendar, and booking services. By using BookMyLeads, a customer or authorized user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Service Overview

BookMyLeads helps local businesses become easier to find, trust, and contact. A written service scope may include Google Business Profile management, local listing synchronization, review support, visibility reporting, and a separately scoped new or replacement website.

Certain current clients also use BookMyLeads lead response, missed call recovery, reactivation, qualification, messaging, reporting, calendar, and appointment booking services.

BookMyLeads is a managed service supported by internal software, fulfillment providers, and operational processes. Features, channels, providers, and supported actions vary by the customer's written scope, account access, and provider availability.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business, service, category, location, hours, website, review, pricing, qualification, scheduling, and contact information when applicable.
  • Maintaining authority to connect Google Business Profiles, websites, listing accounts, review tools, calendars, phone numbers, CRMs, messaging channels, and other systems used with BookMyLeads.
  • Providing accurate photos, claims, credentials, offers, and other content inputs and promptly correcting information that is wrong or outdated.
  • Reviewing setup, business facts, website copy, booking rules, staff notifications, review workflows, and customer facing instructions for accuracy.
  • Complying with laws, industry rules, platform policies, consent requirements, and customer communication obligations that apply to the customer's business.
  • Responding when account access, approval, business input, human review, or staff action is needed.

Connected Account Authorization

When a customer or authorized user connects a Google Business Profile, listing network, review system, website, calendar, CRM, messaging channel, or other provider, they authorize BookMyLeads and its service providers to access and use that account only as needed to perform the agreed service.

The customer represents that it has the rights and permissions needed to authorize access, publish supplied material, and request the applicable work. The customer must not provide a password, access token, image, business fact, customer list, or other material it is not permitted to use.

Review Support and Customer Communications

When review support includes customer outreach, the customer must provide only eligible completed customer records and must have the consent, relationship, and legal basis required for the chosen channel. Purchased lists and people without an appropriate customer relationship may not be used.

The written service scope controls the sender, communication channel, request timing, suppression rules, opt out handling, replies, usage charges, and support responsibilities. BookMyLeads does not guarantee that every recipient will receive a request or leave a review.

Website Scope

Website work is included only when described in a written order, proposal, or statement of work. Unless the agreement says otherwise, BookMyLeads does not provide open ended maintenance or incremental work inside an arbitrary third party website.

A new or replacement website has a bounded page, content, form, tracking, migration, hosting, revision, launch, and support scope. The customer remains responsible for approving facts, claims, images, offers, legal notices, and other business specific material before publication.

Calendar Connection Authorization

When a customer or authorized user connects Google Calendar or another calendar provider, they authorize BookMyLeads and its calendar infrastructure to access and use the connected account only as needed for scheduling. This includes showing and selecting calendars, checking availability, preventing conflicts, and creating, updating, or canceling booking events.

Users may disconnect calendar access as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

Customers and users may not use BookMyLeads to:

  • Publish false business information, locations, services, credentials, reviews, testimonials, or claims.
  • Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or nonconsensual communications.
  • Violate review platform, messaging, telemarketing, privacy, healthcare, financial, advertising, search, or other rules that apply to their business.
  • Create fake reviews, review gating that violates provider rules, location spam, deceptive listings, or manipulative search activity.
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or bypass security controls.
  • Use connected Google user data or other provider data for purposes not authorized by the user or disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

Results, Evidence, and Disclaimers

BookMyLeads performs agreed work intended to improve local visibility, trust, and conversion opportunities. Search results also depend on factors outside BookMyLeads' control, including distance, competition, local demand, platform changes, customer capacity, and the customer's website and operations.

BookMyLeads does not guarantee a ranking, ranking deadline, review count, call volume, lead count, booking count, sales amount, or revenue outcome unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Historical case studies or before and after examples may come from a fulfillment provider or other publisher. Publisher reported figures, activity counts, pipeline values, and revenue estimates are illustrative historical evidence, not a promise that a BookMyLeads customer will receive the same result.

Third Party Providers

BookMyLeads may depend on third party providers for Google Business Profile access, listings, reviews, websites, hosting, search visibility data, messaging, voice, CRM, calendar, scheduling, analytics, payment, or software infrastructure. Provider availability, policies, pricing, limitations, content, data, and outages may affect the service.

BookMyLeads is not responsible for third party systems outside its control, but will use reasonable efforts within the agreed scope to identify and address service affecting provider issues.

Fees, Cancellation, and Termination

Fees, setup charges, usage costs, billing terms, cancellation rules, and included services are governed by the customer's written order, invoice, proposal, statement of work, or other agreement with BookMyLeads.

Either party may terminate service according to the applicable agreement. BookMyLeads may suspend or terminate access if a customer violates these Terms, fails to pay required fees, creates security or compliance risk, or uses the service in a way that may harm BookMyLeads, providers, customers, or end users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMyLeads will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, search visibility changes, missed appointments, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMyLeads' total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by the customer to BookMyLeads for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

BookMyLeads may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted means the updated Terms apply.
